Your Privacy

It is our policy that we obey and respect the law in relation to privacy and protects our site visitors personal information from possible misuse. We also promise to respond quickly when you ask us to amend or delete the information we have about you.

  2. When you register as part of our on-line shopping cart facility.

This personal information is ONLY used by Dee Set and the organisations involved in it. It is NEVER shared with third parties, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of collection or registration. Even then, it would only be shared when we have your permission to do so. Because this personally identifiable information belongs to you, you can ask us to delete it, modify it, or remove it from any or all of our systems.

What you can do if the information we have about you is wrong or you want to delete your registration or you want to de-register?

It is our responsibility to make sure that the personal information we have about you is correct and up to date. We also want you to have the ability to access and change the information we have about you and also to give you the option of de-registering.

How do we track your use of our site?

In order to continually improve our web site it is useful to know which are the popular areas on our sites and how long our guests spend on them. We do this in a number of ways. These are explained below:

Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the web. Web servers, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Dee Set may collect IP addresses for the purpose of system administration, and to create reports and to audit the use of our site. When you request pages from the site, our servers or computers log the guests IP addresses. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that visitors remain anonymous to us.

Security Policy

The importance of secure storage of your personal information is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in transmitting your information from your computer to our servers. Only those employees who need access to your information in order to do their jobs are allowed access. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Online Shopping

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of our satellite websites, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You may send your credit card information securely over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used on our satellite shopping sites to help keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used etc. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
